 Sundance Construction was started by its founder Keith Randall Fairey in 1981. With a reputation for honesty and integrity, Keith has been building custom quality homes ever since. Keith has experience in custom homes, remodels, multiple units, commercial and development. His true love is one of a kind custom homes.

Keith started out as a hands-on carpenter. With acquiring his Contractors license in 1981, he started his own company, first as a framing contractor and then advanced Sundance to the business it is today. Building custom homes. commercial projects and specs, taking a job all the way from development to turning over the keys. Sundance Construction will handle your project from design, through construction until the beginning design is a true reality. To keep up with the changing times, we are incorporated and are now known as Sundance Construction & Development Corp. Sundance is a family owned and operated business.
